How to understand Stainless Steel Dutch Wire Mesh

The structure of the Dutch woven mesh has different meshes in the warp and weft directions, and the appropriate mesh diameter and mesh number can achieve a filtration density that cannot be achieved by a square mesh.

Material: stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, nickel wire, brass wire, low carbon steel wire, special alloy wire.

FeatureThis woven mesh has good properties of wear resistance, heat resistance, acid resistance and corrosion resistance.

Use:

Dutch woven silk cloth is widely used as filter accessories in chemical industry, medicine, petroleum, telecommunications, and scientific research units. Due to its stable and fine filtering ability, Dutch silk cloth is widely used as filter accessories in chemical industry, medicine, petroleum, telecommunications and scientific research units.

Weaving type: plain Dutch weave, twill Dutch weave, pentagonal Dutch weave, etc.

Plain Dutch Weave: Woven into a plain weave. Each warp thread and each weft thread passes over and under the next adjacent complementary thread, just like ordinary plain weave, except that the diameter of the warp threads is larger than that of the weft threads. This can increase the number of meshes in the weft direction.

Features:

"Zero" pore size, stronger than square or rectangular mesh, relatively large opening area, suitable for all kinds of filtration.

Dutch Twill Weave:

Each warp thread and each weft thread runs over and under the next two adjacent supplementary threads, just like ordinary twill weave, except that the diameter of the warp thread is larger than that of the weft thread. This results in a higher mesh count in the weft direction. This weave allows the weft to be woven more densely, enabling smaller apertures without compromising fabric thickness.

Features: "Zero" pore size, light-proof weaving, tight thread position, high resistance, extremely low absolute fineness (as low as 5-6mu;), high filtration performance in the case of low-viscosity media, and is the finest in hydraulic systems filtration, especially in critical applications such as aerospace, fuel and combustion.
